For the first hour of your experience, learn how to make your favourite pasta from scratch, all you need is flour, eggs and a rolling pin!
Guided by our experienced sfoglina, you will learn to make plain or filled fresh pasta shapes before you sit down to enjoy an authentic Italian feast.
Dinner will be a selection of fresh pasta classics from the region of Tuscany, including:
Salsiccia Toscano ragu with Pappardelle
Tortelloni with Porcini mushrooms
Accompanied by a Pasta Evangelists selection of Tuscan wines 🍷

A one hour pasta-making class, led by our experienced sfoglina (pasta chef), in the comfort of your own kitchen.
After your class, sit down to a delicious Italian feast, including a selection of wines and a range of freshly prepared Tuscan pasta dishes.
What you need at home:
Some space for rolling pasta - a dining room table will do!
Somewhere for us to boil the pasta - or we can bring our own portable hob.
Cutlery and crockery to eat and some glasses for drinks.
