Christmas at the pasta academy

For this year's Christmas party, why not join us at our Pasta Academy and learn to make fresh pasta from scratch? Your group will be hosted by one of our fun & friendly chefs as we guide you through our very Italian winter wonderland!

Learn to make classic tagliatelle, or a delicious tortelli filled with prized porcini mushrooms, perfect for the festive period. There'll be a festive spritz on arrival to start the evening with a bang, with unlimited Prosecco or Champagne packages available for the ultimate Christmas celebration.

Pasta team building for beginners

Our best-selling private pasta class! 2 hours, 2 teams, head-to-head, competing to make the best fresh pasta from scratch under the tutelage of one of our expert chefs.

Guests will learn to make tagliatelle & farfalle from scratch (and/or filled pasta if desired, for which there is a small additional fee). Guests will sit down to enjoy their handmade pasta, with a delicious Pasta Evangelists sauce of their choice, at the end of the event.

Seasonal truffle & champagne pasta masterclass

In this luxurious pasta masterclass, learn to prepare pasta using the finest, seasonal truffles, a staple of gourmet cuisine in Northern Italy.

Learn to make pasta at your workplace

For this pasta masterclass, one of our expert chefs will come directly to your place of work. We'll provide all the pasta ingredients & tools your group will need to make fresh pasta!

Guests will learn to make tagliatelle & farfalle from scratch under the tutelage of one of our expert chefs.

We just ask that you provide any refreshments your group might require, as well as a suitable space.

We booked Pasta Evangelists to run a pasta making class for us and they were absolutely fab! We’re a team of 40 (including some vegans, some gluten free - all catered for) and everyone really enjoyed the night! Would recommend it thoroughly.
