How does each pasta-making class work?
All of our classes are lively and hands-on affairs, so come ready to get stuck in. Each class typically lasts 2 hours and will be led by one of our expert Head Chefs. You’ll meet your new classmates over an aperitivo drink on arrival, including a typical Italian antipasti. You’ll then head to your workstation, where your linen apron and beechwood pasta tools will be waiting for you. Each masterclass will equip you with the skills to make your own pasta dough and create your own hand-rolled pasta shapes. At the end of the class we will cook your shapes for you and serve them with a delicious sauce.
What do other people say about our classes?
We’re really proud of our Google reviews, you can check them out for yourself here.
Do you have an age limit?
Our pasta-making classes are open to guests aged 16 years and above. We do offer alcohol during our classes but guests must be 18 or over and able to show ID to enjoy this.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY OR DIETARY REQUIREMENT?
Please email us to let us know about any dietary requirements. Whilst we’ll do our best to make things work, please note the nature of our classes means that not all dietary requirements can be accommodated. Unfortunately we currently can’t accommodate a gluten-free diet.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Simply bring your booking email (and a healthy appetite) – we’ll provide everything required for your class.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class is due to start. Please note that the class will start promptly. To make sure we don’t spoil the enjoyment of other participants, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late we won’t be able to restart the class to accommodate you.
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE THE CLASS I BOOKED ONTO?
Our classes are non refundable but you may request to transfer to another class up to 14 days before the start of the course. We require a minimum of 4 participants per class and reserve the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed 24 hours before the class.
