This limited edition class celebrates our festive campaign 'Winter in Piemonte'
Designed to bring the magic of this charming region to life during the colder months we will be celebrating Piemonte’s rich cultural heritage and transporting our customers to a traditional Italian Alpine Christmas.
During this festive class our expert chefs will teach you how to make Saccottini, a small purse shaped, filled pasta made from flour and eggs. To fill these small pasta parcels you will use a delicious four cheese mix which includes Castelmagno, a cheese from the Piemonte region. Once finished the pasta will be served with a luxurious cacio e pepe sauce for that ultimate festive indulgence. All of this will be washed down with unlimited Champagne served throughout the class.
