About Sale di Mare
Diving into summer with a fresh wave of excitement, Pasta Evangelists is excited to help launch this new premium lager from Birra Moretti - 'Sale di Mare' which translates to "salt from the sea." This medium-bodied premium lager is made with a hint of sea salt harvested from Italy. The sea salt when paired with the unfiltered lager, creates a more full-bodied and intriguing flavour which matches perfectly with a selection of our fresh pasta and sauces.
Your class:
On arrival to your class you will be greeted with a antipasto selection of Burrata, rucola, tomatoes and cured Italian meats to enjoy before embarking on your pasta making.
Under the expert tutelage of the Pasta Evangelists Chef team you will then be taught how to make fresh egg Fagottini or 'little bundles', a filled pasta shape with a creamy three cheese mixture of sheep and cow's ricotta and parmesan. Once you have finished your pasta creations your pasta will be cooked and served to you with a fiery Arrabbiata sauce, the perfect flavour match to your delicious pasta.
Throughout the class you will enjoy a complimentary offering of Sale di Mare which Chef Roberta has paired especially with the flavours you will enjoy during the class.
One ticket includes:
