Terms and conditions
- Promotion Period: The free pasta giveaway will take place on October 25th, 2024, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM local time at participating locations.
- Participating Locations: The offer is valid at the locations highlighted in green on the provided spreadsheet. Please check the list for specific locations.
- Offer Details: Each participating location will have a total of 200 units of free pasta available, consisting of 100 beef ragu and 100 wild mushroom sauce in kids’ bowls.
- Availability: The offer is available while stocks last. Once the allocated stock of 200 units per location has been distributed, no further free pasta will be available.
- Waiting Times: Please be aware that there may be waiting times as teams prepare food fresh and may need to retrieve additional stock from the kitchen if required. We cannot be held liable for any delays, waiting times, or missed appointments resulting from this.
- Dietary Restrictions and Intolerances: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the pasta is suitable for their dietary needs and any intolerances or allergies. All allergens are found on our allergens chart. We will provide information about the ingredients used, but customers must make their own assessments regarding their dietary conditions.
- No Guarantees: There will be no goodwill or additional giveaways for customers who arrive after the stock has been depleted or outside of the promotion period.
- Limitations: This promotion is limited to one serving per person. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Stock Limitation: The free pasta giveaway is strictly limited to the stock available at each participating location on the day of the event. No additional stock will be provided.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: The free pasta is offered as-is and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
- Right to Amend: The organizer reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Compliance: By participating, customers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification from the promotion.
