Our pasta is freshly made by Italian hands every day.
We use the best doppio zero flour from Italy to make our dough, combining with fresh egg, water and a sprinkling of salt. That’s it. No additives, no bad stuff: just fresh pasta as Dio intended.
We craft each individual pasta shape by hand, drawing on the centuries-old traditions of the Italian pastificio. Whether hand-filling every raviolo or carefully creating orecchiette, each piece of pasta is unique to us.

Artisanal pasta deserves the very best sauces
Our sauces evoke some of Italy’s most memorable eating experiences. Our wild boar ragù encourages escapism to the Tuscan countryside, where rosmarino grows freely and is heady in the evening breeze. Or our beautiful pesto di pistacchi, a novel take on the classic Ligurian sauce using pistachios grown in the Sicilian sun.
Our dishes are typically completed with a small garnish. Toasted hazelnuts from Piemonte complete our beef girasoli, whilst caper butter enhances the oceanic depth of our seabass tortelloni.

The ingredients we use in our dishes are almost
entirely sourced in Italy, a country where the quality of ingredients is highly
regarded and elaborate preparation deemed distraction.
We work with suppliers across il bel paese to bring the finest, and most authentic, tastes of Italy to homes across the UK.
Whether seabass from the waters off the volcanic island of Ischia, truffles foraged in the Sibillini Mountains of Umbria or blushing Datterini tomatoes from Sicily, our faith in fresh takes us far and wide in pursuit of the beautiful ingredients used in our dishes.

Our pasta & sauces are made exclusively in London, usually by
Italian hands. Our small kitchen team, led by the charming Sabrina from Sardinia,
works around the clock to prepare authentic dishes that delight our customers.
Whilst our ingredients typically come from Italy, we pride ourselves on freshness and ensure our pasta, sauces & garnishes reach our customers as quickly as possible once they leave our little cucina in North West London.
