Enjoy this limited edition class which celebrates the mystery and romance of Venetian Carnival. This carnival is one of the oldest carnivals celebrated throughout the world and during this time the streets of Venice are filled with people wearing masks to protect their identity and remove any social differences.
During this Venetian Valentine's class we will teach you how to make a very romantic pink heart ravioli stuffed with a delicious filling of beetroot and ricotta, a popular filling from Venice.
Once you have finished your hand made pasta creations our Chef will serve them to you to enjoy with a luxury butter of parmesan and poppy seeds.
For a mysterious and romantic touch to the evening we will provide Venetian style masks for you to wear when making your delicious fresh pasta.
Please note the classes take place in our downstairs event space and there is no lift access.
