Your class:
Featuring the Il Casolare range of olive oils, guests can expect an educational class where they will sample four olive oils and learn how to identify the flavour profiles and pair each oil with different ingredients.
Chef Roberta will then teach you how to make Pesto alla Trapanese using the Il Casolare Organic EVOO as well as a fresh pasta from scratch, both to be enjoyed together at the end of the class.
During the class, we will also serve UNLIMITED Umbria IGP Rosé 2021 - Terre de La Custodia. A light and flavourful rosé produced in the heart of Umbria by the Farchioni family, Terre de La Custodia Rosato is produced from a selection of Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, and Merlot grapes, cultivated in the vineyards of the area of Montefalco in Umbria.
One ticket includes:
- A two hour pasta making and olive oil tasting class
- Learn how to make fresh pasta and Pesto alla Trapanese from scratch with Chef Roberta
- Antipasti with Il Casolare olive oils on arrival and a welcome glass of prosecco
- UNLIMITED Terre de La Custodia Rosé served throughout the class
- Sit down with your new amici at the end of the class to enjoy your pasta!
