Join us at the Academy to learn this delicious, comforting, fresh filled pasta classic, Four Cheese Ravioli inspired by everyone's favourite pizza, the Quatro Formaggi.
During the class you will be taught by our excellent team of welcoming chefs who will not only regale you with their Italian tales but will also teach you how to make fresh egg ravioli by hand. Once hand rolled and shaped your pasta will be filled with four of Italy's most famous cheeses; ricotta, gorgonzola, pecorino and mascarpone.
Once you have perfected your pasta creations our team will cook your fresh pasta for you to sit down and enjoy with your classmates.
