Imagine spending Mother's Day or Festa della Mamma in an authentic Italian pasta-making class, where you not only learn to create fresh pasta from scratch but also craft beautiful 'pasta roses' that will make Mother's Day truly special.
In this class, you’ll start by learning the art of making fresh pasta dough, guided by our Pasta Evangelists chefs who will show you how to knead and roll the fresh dough. Then you’ll move on to shaping your pasta into rose forms. The result is a beautiful, elegant pasta that looks as though it was plucked from an Italian garden.
By the end, you’ll not only have learned the techniques for crafting beautiful pasta roses, but you’ll also have a dish that captures the essence of Italy—a perfect gift for your mum on Mother’s Day.
