The class:
During this special edition class you will enjoy an exclusive wine tasting whilst learning to make truffle filled pasta with Head Chef Roberta and top London Sommelier, Nelson Pari.
On arrival at the class you will enjoy an antipasti followed by your pasta making experience and finished with a delicious Italian dessert. Throughout the class Nelson will present delicious Italian wines.
Drinks for the event will include a glass of Prosecco on arrival followed by a 2022 Le Papesse di Papiano , 2021 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, La Staffa and a delicious 2022 Moscato d'Asti to enjoy with dessert.
Nelson Pari has a wealth of wine knowledge having worked at the exclusive 67 Pall Mall, a private member's club exclusively for wine lovers. In Italy, he has co-founded Verticale, a printed magazine that focuses on ageing Italian wines and was featured in Fortune 500’s “40 under 40” Italian wine industry leaders list.
Currently, Nelson Pari works as the Italian Wine Buyer for SWIG and as a WSET Educator at Wine Training School.

- Sit down together at the end of the class to enjoy your freshly made pasta
