Made from 100% Sangoviese, this Tuscan classic carries a very pleasant bouquet, lingering with immediate fruity notes, predominantly of red and black cherries.

Dry and slightly tannic on the palate, it becomes more refined over time, becoming soft with velvet tones which give a clean finish and pleasant aftertaste.

Known for accompanying Tuscan specialties such as charcuterie, ribollita (a slow-cooked local soup) and meaty stews, it fits delightfully with our slow-cooked pork stracotto.
