We'd like to invite you to a enjoy a virtual Taste of Veneto a digital pasta masterclass intimately hosted by Roberta from her own kitchen in Berkshire. You’ll start by discovering more about the region and its traditions from Roberta – who is Italian – and what it means to her. You'll learn how to make a classic dish of the region: bigoli in salsa.
1 large eggs + 100g white flour OR 100g semolina + 40ml water
100g of anchovies, in oil
50ml of white wine
1 handful of parsley (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
If you cannot get the ingredients to make the sauce, just let Roberta know what you have sitting in your fridge/pantry and she will guide you through an alternative using what you have available.
How it works: You will require access to Zoom video calling and a webcam. The day before the event you will be sent a Zoom link via email. If you have not received your Zoom link, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 person per ticket purchased to the digital event. We will have a maximum of 10 guests per digital event.
