Indeed, Venetian cuisine is the sum of all the region’s stunning towns, cities and villages. Explore this rich culinary powerhouse with our taste of Veneto masterclass, where you’ll make classic pasta dishes.
What's included in this class?
- A very special Venetian masterclass where you will learn to make two classic pasta shapes from the region with our Head Chef Roberta
- Learn the techniques for making fresh pasta at home by hand, no special tools or machines required
- Enjoy a virtual supper club with your new friends at the end of the class (optional!)
How it works: You will require access to Zoom video calling and a webcam. The day before the event you will be sent a Zoom link via email. If you have not received your Zoom link, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note this class is suitable for families & kids but not for vegetarians.
Roberta will send out the recipe 48hrs before the class date. Below you can find all the ingredients and tools that will be needed.
- 200g "00" flour
- 2 large eggs
- tin of anchovies
- large onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- 120ml white wine
- handful of fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
Tools: Rolling pin, fork, knife, frying pan
