Transport yourself to Toscana this winter with our taste of Tuscany masterclass. You'll learn how to handcraft an enriched dough with rosemary, under the guidance of our skilled pastaio (pasta maker), Chef Roberta.
You'll create pappardelle, named after the Italian verb ‘pappare’ which literally means “to gobble up”. Alongside these luscious ribbons of pasta, you will prepare a mixed mushroom sauce. This sauce pays homage to the Italian tradition of andar per funghi - gathering wild mushrooms. Whilst Roberta won't insist on foraging for the mushrooms yourselves, the sauce will still celebrate those traditional practices! Rich, hearty, and with subtle earthy notes, this is the perfect sauce to compliment our pappardelle al rosmarino.

- Learn the techniques for making fresh pasta at home by hand, with only household items
- Enjoy a virtual supper club with your new friends at the end of the class (optional!)
How it works: You will require access to Zoom video calling and a webcam. 48h before the event the recipient will be sent a Chef's welcome email with a Zoom link and the recipe. If you have not received your Zoom link, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 person per ticket purchased to the digital event. We will have a maximum of 12 guests per digital event.
