In the small seaside town of Amalfi, il limone is king. Distinguished by their large size and heady citrus aroma, these lemons – known internationally as Amalfi lemons – are highly-regarded on Italy’s sun-kissed Southern coast.
In this limited edition masterclass, we’ve sourced some of the region’s finest lemons for you to prepare your very own Amalfi-evoking pasta with, all under the supervision of our very own sfoglina (pasta artisan) Roberta d’Elia. You’ll learn to create the perfect pasta dough, roll it out and create beautiful shapes by hand, filling these with a filling typical to the Amalfi region, such as limone e ricotta, as well as fresh herbs from the region. At the end of the class, you’ll be able to take your hand-crafted pasta home to evoke Amalfi in summer at your very own dinner table.
All guests enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco, or choice of soft drink, on arrival.
