Date: Friday 2nd April
Time: 17:00-18:00
Location: Zoom Video
In this authentic masterclass, live from an Italian kitchen, our pastia Gaia will teach you all the skills required to master the classic Sardinian staple, Culurgiones. You will learn from an expert a traditional dish from Ogliastra, a small region situated in Sardinia.
Culurgiones are a type of stuffed pasta, commonly filled with boiled potatoes, olive oil, pecorino cheese, garlic, mint, and nutmeg. Throughout the island, different regions add their own unique touches. The beauty of Culurgiones is you can stuff them with whatever you have lying around, so let your creativity run wild.
What's included:
- A very special one-hour regional masterclass, live from Italy where you will learn to make Culurgiones
- Learn the techniques for making fresh pasta at home by hand
- Enjoy a virtual supper club with your new friends at the end of the class (optional!)
