Date: Friday 5th February 2021
Location: Zoom Video
Experience a glimpse of this enchanting region with our taste of Piedmont masterclass. You’ll learn to craft a traditional pasta from the region, tajarin under the guidance of our skilled pastaio (pasta maker), Chef Roberta.
Tajarin is the regional name for the more commonly known taglioni. However, tajarin is made with an abundance of egg yolks, giving it an extremely luscious, and rich consistency. This luscious pasta is representative of its homeland, the beautiful Langhe region in southern Piedmont. The dishes of the region follow the motto that simplicity is best. Hence, why it will be paired with a simple sauce of brown butter delicately infused with sage, to let the decadent pasta shine.
