Emilia-Romagna is widely regarded as one of Italy’s gastronomic powerhouses, in this masterclass, you will learn to craft a gluten-free version of one of the region's more unique dishes, Maltagliati with "Pesto di Zucchine e Pinoli". In Italian, the word 'maltagliati' literally means 'badly cut'! In fact, these squares, rhombus or irregularly shaped flat pasta pieces started life as the remains of rolled out tagliatelle pasta dough or re-kneaded ravioli cuttings.
What's included:
- A very special regional masterclass where you will learn to make Maltagliati with "Pesto di Zucchine e Pinoli" with our Chef Livia
- Learn the techniques for making fresh pasta at home by hand, no special tools or machines required
- Enjoy a virtual supper club with your new friends at the end of the class (optional!)
