Widely regarded as one of Italy’s gastronomic powerhouses, Emilia-Romagna is perhaps best known as the proud home of ragù alla bolognese, and tagliatelle - there’s even a solid gold replica of the pasta ribbon residing in Bologna’s chamber of commerce. Join us in a celebration of the region.
