We'd like to invite you to enjoy making your own fresh pasta all'uovo with a seafood filling under the guidance of our Head Sfoglina (pasta artisan) Roberta d'Elia.
Our digital pasta masterclass shall be intimately hosted by our chef Roberta from her own kitchen in Berkshire.
In the small seaside villages dotted across the Italian coast, seafood pasta is typical on any menu. In this digital masterclass, you’ll start by discovering more about the origins & regional traditions of Italy's most popular seafood pasta dishes from Roberta, before learning how to create the perfect seafood-filled pasta and an authentic sauce to pair with it.
At the end of the class, you’ll be able to enjoy dining on your very own creations, allowing you to evoke the feeling of Italy at home.
How it works: You will require access to Zoom video calling and a webcam. The day before the event you will be sent a Zoom link via email. If you have not received your Zoom link, please contact email@example.com.
Roberta will send details of the recipe and necessary ingredients 48hrs before the class date.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 person per ticket purchased to the digital event. We will have a maximum of 10 guests per digital event.
