Red Heart Ravioli with Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil with Sage Butter & Parmesan

Italia - the country synonymous with amore. From Verona to Venezia, it is no wonder that this so-called "land of love" has been chosen as the ideal romantic setting to Shakespeare's passionate plays. It is undeniable that a love affair with food is inherently embedded within the culture of Italia. A way of bringing together loved ones - both friends and family alike, the pasta of Italy's regions serves to unite and celebrate the simple things in life. 

This week, we're celebrating our own love for pasta with a limited edition heart ravioli, or as we like to call them 'cuoricini', translated as 'little hearts' - a seemingly fitting sobriquet for these irresistibly beautiful pasta shapes. Although a non-traditional shape, we that there can always be more love in the world, particularly where great food is concerned!

Our cuoricini are filled with tantalising tomato, oozing mozzarella and fresh basil. To complete the dish is a delicate yet sumptuous sage butter and dash of Parmesan, this is Italia on a plate - buon appetito.
