Venice, a city of beauty which has stolen the hearts of many throughout history. From strolling along its picturesque and iconic Piazza San Marco, to being serenaded by a gondolier underneath the magical Ponte di Rialto, it is no wonder that this city has attracted the status as the "city of love". However, did you know that Venezia has a secret love affair with pumpkin? In fact, this orange-fleshed vegetable occupies the status as a key component of many traditional Venetian dishes, known in particular for its distinctly sweet flavour and mineral- rich health properties. 

Our heart ravioli, or perhaps more romantically, cuoricini- translated as "little hearts", are bursting with a rich ricotta and silky spinach filling, and completed by a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Bellissimo.
