Pheasant, Porcini and Celeriac Gluten Free 'Lasagne'
This week, in response to increased demand for gluten-free meals, we have created a pheasant and celeriac 'lasagne'. Instead of pasta sheets, we have layered the pheasant and porcini ragu and bechamel sauce with thinly sliced celeriac.
This has the benefit of not only being gluten-free, but also low in carbohydrates, so perfect for those of you trying to be good after the excesses of Christmas. Pheasant season is soon coming to an end, so this may be your last chance to eat pheasant before the season begins again in October!
