Bring Italy to your kitchen with Head Chef Roberta's favourite recipes from the Pasta Evangelists cookbook 'Perfect Pasta at Home' with our digital events 'The Cookbook Series'
The second class in our Cookbook series focuses on this classic dish from the region of Campania; Spaghetti alle Vongole. This light summery dish uses simple, fresh ingredients to allow the flavours of the delicious salty clams to shine through.
Roberta will first teach you how to make fresh Spaghetti using only flour and eggs and a rolling pin!
Once the pasta is made Roberta will prepare the ingredients and teach you how to make an exceptional Vongole sauce of clams, olive oil, garlic and chilli to finish this exceptional Italian classic.
Your experience will include a copy of 'Perfect Pasta at Home' delivered to your home for you to create the full selection of Pasta Evangelists recipes.

Roberta will send out the recipe 48hrs before the class date.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 person per ticket purchased to the digital event. We will have a maximum of 12 guests per digital event.
