Bring Italy to your kitchen with Head Chef Roberta's favourite recipes from the Pasta Evangelists cookbook 'Perfect Pasta at Home' with our digital events 'The Cookbook Series'
This first class focuses on the skills to make orecchiette, or 'little ears' an iconic pasta shape from Puglia. Roberta was taught from a little girl to make orecchiette by her Nanna on the family farmstead and she will first teach you how to make the fresh pasta dough required before creating the form of this classic orecchiette shape.
Once the pasta is made Roberta will prepare the ingredients with you to create this perfect summer dish, Orecchiette pasta salad with tomato & ricotta.
Your experience will include a copy of 'Perfect Pasta at Home' delivered to your home for you to create the full selection of Pasta Evangelists recipes.

Roberta will send out the recipe 48hrs before the class date.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 person per ticket purchased to the digital event. We will have a maximum of 12 guests per digital event.
