Love your Pasta Evangelists deliveries but want to take your fresh pasta skills to new heights? Our pasta school is perfect for those looking to learn the skilled techniques of pasta fatta a mano (pasta made by hand). You will be taught artisan techniques and ancient traditions which have been passed down in Italy through the centuries.
In this authentic masterclass, our head chef Roberta d'Elia will teach you all the skills required to master the classic Sardinian staple pasta, culurgiones. You will also learn about the region of Sardinia, its people, gastronomy and traditions.
Culurgiones are a type of stuffed pasta, commonly filled with boiled potatoes, olive oil, pecorino cheese, garlic, mint, and nutmeg. Throughout the island, different regions add their own unique touches. The beauty of culurgiones is you can stuff them with any matter of sumptuous fillings, allowing your creativity to run wild.
Located at our Central London pasta premises, this intimate in-person session includes antipasti on arrival, with unlimited Prosecco available to enjoy throughout your session.
- Your Pasta School session will last for two hours

Please note this in-person pasta experience is only suitable for guests aged 18 and over. The class is suitable for vegetarians, but not those who partake in a gluten-free diet.
