Love your Pasta Evangelists deliveries but want to take your fresh pasta skills to new heights? Our pasta school is perfect for those looking to learn the skilled techniques of pasta fatta a mano (pasta made by hand). You will be taught artisan techniques and ancient traditions which have been passed down in Italy through the centuries.
In this limited edition masterclass, Head Chef Roberta d'Elia will guide you on a foodie journey through the region of Piedmont. Straddling the Alps, the region of Piedmont (or Piemonte in Italian) is home to many of Italy's gastronomic wonders, from gourmet chocolate to world-renowned Barolo wine. In this class, though, we'll pay homage to two of its most famous pastas: tajarin and agnolotti del plin.
Tajarin is the regional name for what are more commonly known as taglioni. This classic pasta of Piedmont is distinguished from its similar-sounding sibling tagliatelle by virtue of it featuring egg yolks only (i.e. no whites), giving it a rich, luscious intensity. Agnolotti del plin, meanwhile, are Piedmont's answer to ravioli, a hand-filled pasta traditionally enjoyed with roasted meats.
Located at our Central London pasta premises, this intimate in-person session also includes a Barolo wine tasting as well as unlimited Prosecco available to enjoy throughout your session.

Please note this in-person pasta experience is only suitable for guest aged 18 and over. The class is suitable for vegetarians, but not those who partake in a gluten-free diet.
