Our pasta school is perfect for those looking to learn the techniques of pasta fatta a mano (pasta made by hand). Led by Head Chef Roberta you will be taught all the artisan techniques and traditions which have been passed down in Italy through the centuries. Roberta will guide you through at first creating the fresh dough from scratch to make straight pasta and then delicately forming both simple and more complex shapes of filled pasta, before advancing on to crafting delightful fillings of lemon and ricotta for pasta ripiena.
We are also delighted to be welcoming Malfy Gin to our pasta school and the event will begin with an introduction to this wonderful gin which embodies the essence of 'La Dolce Vita. The Malfy team will keep the Italian Gin & Tonics flowing throughout the class as you develop your new-found pasta making skills. At the end of the class you will cook and enjoy your delicious pasta creations with your new friends.
