Love your Pasta Evangelists deliveries but want to take your fresh pasta skills to new heights? Our pasta school is perfect for those looking to learn the basic techniques of pasta fatta a mano (pasta made by hand). You will be taught all the artisan techniques and ancient traditions which have been passed down in Italy through the centuries. Our limited edition Pasta School series is led by our Head Chef Roberta d’Elia, who cannot wait to share with you the secrets to our perfect pasta. Roberta will guide you through the basics, at first creating the fresh dough from scratch, then delicately forming both simple and more complex shapes, before advancing on to crafting delightful fillings for pasta ripiena, as well as a classic sugo al pomodoro.
Located at our Central London pasta premises, this intimate in-person session includes a luxury antipasti tasting on arrival, with unlimited Prosecco Valdobbiadene available to enjoy throughout your session. At the end of the class, you'll sit down for lunch or dinner, enjoying the fruits of your labour alongside your new pasta devotees. All, of course, whilst sipping a celebratory digestivo (drink to finish)!
Guests will also walk away with an official Pasta Evangelists pasta-making kit, which will allow you to apply your new pasta expertise at home!

Location & Social Distancing
After a year of running our classes online, Chef Roberta looks forward to welcoming you back safely to her new cooking school in London.
Our Pasta School will run at half capacity with guests socially distanced throughout.
Please note that the venue requires all participants before entering the class to show either:
Proof of full vaccination (two doses) through the NHS App or approved letter
A negative Covid Lateral Flow Test from within the last 72 hours
Sanitiser will be provided throughout.

We're a 15-minute walk from Highbury & Islington Station, accessible via the London Underground (Victoria Line) and Overground. We're also close to Caledonian Road and Holloway Road Underground Stations.
Please note this in-person pasta experience is only suitable for up to 10 guests, aged 18 and over. The class is suitable for vegetarians, but not those who partake in a gluten-free diet.
