Born out of the anxiety & uncertainty of 2020, throughout September & October at Pasta Evangelists we are celebrating the nourishing properties of the miracle ingredients central to the Mediterreanean diet - and the Italian tradition of pasta making!
Join us in a celebration of the joy of eggs, Italy’s favourite scratch cooking staple! Packed with Vitamin B12, protein and omega-3, the humble egg is a nutritional powerhouse which has held a special place in the pasta making tradition of the North of Italy for centuries.
What’s included in this class?
- A fresh egg pasta masterclass with our Head Sfoglina Roberta, a Puglian native who learned how to make pasta with her nonna when she was eight years old
- Discover the rich history of pasta all’uovo, discovering which variety of eggs are best for which recipes
- Learn how to make two types of fresh egg pasta all’uovo from Bologna, Tagliatelle and Garganelli
Roberta will send details of the recipe and necessary ingredients 48hrs before the class date.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 person per ticket purchased to the digital event. We will have a maximum of 12 guests per digital event.
