JOIN US FOR OUR MOST CELEBRATED DAY OF THE YEAR:
WORLD PASTA DAY !!
To celebrate this special day our Chefs will be teaching the most traditional of Italy's artisan techniques, the art of making fresh pasta shapes purely by hand, or pasta fatta a mano. Alongside the pasta making we will be holding a fun Italian quiz to test your knowledge of all things Italian with some pasta prizes for the winners. With unlimited prosecco throughout the class and antipasti on arrival it promises to be a true Italian celebration!
This 'Pasta Beginners' class is specifically designed for the absolute pasta beginner, though all skill levels are welcome. Our expert pastaio or pastaia (pasta chef) will take you back to basics, working with only flour and eggs, and guiding you as you learn to create your very own fresh pasta shapes, from tagliatelle and farfalle to sopresini for those fancying a challenge. You'll never buy shop-bought pasta again!
This class is suitable for vegetarians.
