In this limited edition masterclass join us for a journey to the enchanting region of Umbria in Central Italy. Known for its winding medieval streets, old churches and exquisite architecture, book your space to learn how to craft to Strangozzi, the traditional shape of Umbria, by hand.
This traditional Umbrian pasta gained it's name during the rule of the Papacy when people attacked the clergy in the streets and tried to strangle them with their shoelaces, hence the name - Strangozzi
At the end of the pasta making we will prepare and serve the pasta with a creamy, seasonal truffle butter.

Whilst we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products will be 100% free of allergens. All dishes may contain traces of the 14 major allergens. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, our teams are unable to make changes to the ingredients or preparation of our dishes to accommodate dietary requirements. We make every effort to remove them during preparation, but please be aware that your food may contain parts of bone, shell or pips. Refund and cancellation policy:
- Our classes are non refundable but you may request to transfer to another class up to 14 DAYS before the start of the course. Your transfer will be valid for one month.
- We require a minimum of 4 participants per class and reserve the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed 24 hours before the class.
Please note this in-person pasta experience is only suitable for guest aged 16 and over.
