Pasta Evangelists was founded by Alessandro Savelli, Chris Rennoldson and Finn Lagun in 2016. Over the years Finn has led the company from a start up, featured on Dragon's Den, to the UK's largest fresh pasta company with a Pasta Bar in Harrods, stores in Richmond, Chiswick and Greenwich and over 40 take away kitchens.
The class
Hosted by Finn and Enrico you will begin the evening with an Italian antipasti paired with an Olive Oil Gelato.
You will then learn how to make hand cut Tagliatelle from scratch with unlimited Prosecco served from arrival to the end of the class.
After your fresh pasta creations have been cooked and served you will enjoy a tasting of two Gelato, the Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut and Zabaglione flavours for an exceptional end to the evening.
Throughout the class Finn and Enrico will describe their exciting journeys from start ups to their businesses of today with the opportunity for a Q&A at the end of the class.
One ticket includes:
- A two hour pasta making class and tasting of three Hackney Gelato flavours
- Informal talks from both Finn and Enrico followed by a Q&A
- Antipasti on arrival and unlimited Prosecco served throughout the class
- Sit down together with your fellow guests at the end to enjoy your freshly made pasta
