Celebrate Easter at Pasta Evangelists with a special edition class learning how to make from scratch the very striking 'Uovo in Raviolo' or egg yolk ravioli. This delicious dish is the perfect way to celebrate Easter, a large, single luxurious raviolo filled with spinach and ricotta wrapped around a single yellow egg yolk.
Originally created in a Michelin starred restaurant, Ristorante San Domenico in the Emilia-Romagna region, this dish is the ultimate in Italian lusciousness and a visual treat too. The perfect way to celebrate Easter and also impress your future dinner party guests.
