We are delighted to bring you this limited edition Cheese Pasta Masterclass in partnership with the official consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP producers in Italy. Taught by our head sfoglina (pasta artisan) Roberta d'Elia, we invite you to learn how to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch, using traditional methods, tools and specialist ingredients.
And as this class was conceived in partnership with Parmigiano Reggiano, expect a wonderful assortment of different varieties of Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses to sample on arrival, from the wonderfully ripe and fruity to deeply savoury and 30-month-aged. You will also enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco - or soft drink of your choice - as part of this Parmigiano Reggiano aperitivo. Roberta will also demonstrate how to use Parmigiano Reggiano to create your very own cheese-centric pasta filling, which you'll then use to make your very own pasta ripiena al formaggio (cheese-filled pasta).
At the end of the class, you'll be able to take home the pasta you've made to impress amici e famiglia - or, if self-indulgence wins the day, devour your cheese-bursting morsels in a frenzy of personal intemperance. You'll also receive a Parmigiano Reggiano goodie box, complete with a luxury Parmesan knife, grater, apron and more.
