In this limited edition masterclass, our Pasta Evangelists chef Roberta d’Elia will teach guests the art of crafting their own truffle-inspired fresh pasta dishes - perfectly combining the earthy textures and flavours synonymous with tartufi with fresh, artisan pasta made using the finest Piemonte beechwood Pasta Evangelists tools.
Begin the class with a complimentary glass of Venetian prosecco - or soft drink of your choice - before rolling up your sleeves and learning how to make your own Black Truffle & Ricotta Ravioli, along with a tantalising truffle-inspired tagliatelle. Guests will be able to take home and enjoy their handmade truffle delights, in addition to receiving a complimentary portion of Pasta Evangelists’ best-selling sumptuous truffle butter – the ideal decadence to complete your dishes!
