Please bring your little ones and join one of our digital pasta masterclasses, intimately hosted by Roberta from her own kitchen in Biggleswade, the small, picturesque town in Berkshire that she calls home.
In this session, the bambini will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch. Roberta, our head chef, herself learned how to make pasta from her nonna as a little girl and will be passing on these secrets to our next generation of little pasta chefs!
A couple of days before the class, you'll receive an email letting you know what you need for the event. The only key items are flour (ideally 00, but plain white flour is totally fine too) and eggs. If you follow a plant-based diet, you can use semolina and water.
You will also require access to Zoom video calling and a webcam. More information will be included by email.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 adult to per ticket purchased to accompany your child during the digital event. We will have a maximum of 10 guests per digital event.
