In this authentic masterclass, our pastia Roberta will teach you all the skills required to master gluten-free pasta fresca at home. Whether you're celiac, have a gluten-intolerance or are simply looking to advance your pasta skills, join this masterclass and learn how to create gut-friendly pasta alongside a classic gut-friendly puttanesca sauce!
Master a staple dish from one of Italy's most iconic Cities, Naples. Puttanesca is a mainstay dish for locals and its gutsy, tomato-based sauce, made with plenty of garlic. Made with anchovies fished in the Bay of Naples, gives the sauces its signature deep, savoury taste. The inclusion of fresh olives and capers, salty and savoury in their own right, is more than ample to give this sauce its characteristic flavour!
What's included in this class?
- A gluten-free Napolean masterclass where you will make gluten-free pasta with a traditional Puttanesca sauce
- Learn the techniques for making gluten-free pasta at home by hand, no special tools or machines required
- Enjoy a virtual supper club with your new friends at the end of the class (optional!)
