In this week's dish we use fresh crab meat, sourced from a coastal town in South Devon, a quintessentially English seaside town famous for its fine quality seafood. And what crabulous credentials this fishing town possesses - did you know that the South Devon brown crab is, in fact, the largest crab in Britain? However, rest assured, Devon is not just famous for crabs grand in size but also in flavour! In this week’s limited edition dish, our handmade ravioli are delicately filled with fragrant flakes of crab flesh. To finish, we finish off this decadent seafood dish with a salty samphire garnish, alongside a lemon pangrattato crumb and a subtle yet indulgent chive butter.
