We, along with our partners and friends at Polpo, bring you this uniquely Venetian dish. Taglierini con Secoe is a traditional dish from Venice. It is made with beef from the backbone and a sprinkling of cinnamon. The sauce is similar to a Ragù alla Bolognese, but is more meat-based rather than tomato. The result is a unique blend of flavours that are held together beautifully by cinnamon. Our homemade taglierini are the perfect complement for the rich sauce.
