With foreign holidays off the cards, treat papà to a special Roman masterclass where he can learn the secrets of a traditional Cacio e Pepe.
Although this dish is beautifully simple with just three ingredients, it is actually incredibly easy to get wrong. Chef Roberta will guide guests through the process of making 'pici', a short and thick rolled spaghetti which is perfect for soaking up the delicious sauce. The sauce itself - cheese, butter and black pepper - requires a precise technique which, once mastered, will set papà apart in the kitchen!
What's included in this class?

Roberta will send out the recipe 48hrs before the class date.
Please note that, in order to preserve the intimacy of the event, we can welcome 1 person per ticket purchased to the digital event. We will have a maximum of 12 guests per digital event.
