Each kit comes complete with all the tools and ingredients needed to craft two of Italy’s most loved pasta shapes, ravioli and gnocchi.

Each kit features an array of beechwood pasta tools, including a tapered Italian rolling pin – the traditional tool for rolling perfectly thin pasta sheets. For making filled pasta, there’s a square ravioli stamp, as well as a fluted pasta cutter for adding wavy edges to ravioli. We can’t forget the gnocchi board either, which makes shaping uniformly-ridged dumplings an absolute doddle. Included with all of this are easy-to-follow instructions for making gnocchi and ravioli, written by our Head Pasta Chef, Roberta D’Elia.
As our Head Chef Roberta likes to remind us, making authentic pasta starts with the right ingredients. With that in mind, we’ve included a 1kg bag of 00 pasta flour – which is used in kitchens across Italy to make fresh pastas like gnocchi and ravioli. Once you’re ready to cook your pasta, use the included Italian sea salt to season your cooking water to perfection.
