Nero di Troia, Negro Amaro & Montepulciano
A rarely found doc wine from the north of puglia. The estate is run by the di tuccio raffaele family on organic lines since 1991 & is situated in cerignola which is also famous for their large queen green olives. The blend of these three local grapes results in a smooth easy to drink wine with an aroma of black fruits
Guests will then receive the other two pasta boxes’ to take home and enjoy in their own kitchen.
