Pasta aficionados and keen home cooks, take your skills to the next level and learn to master some of Italy's more advanced pasta shapes by hand alone.
Our head sfoglina (pasta chef) Roberta d'Elia will guide you through the process, and you'll leave the class with the confidence to prepare up to three new types of pasta by hand. You will also learn how to make authentic Italian pasta filling from scratch.
