What’s our Tortelloni Pasta Quality like?

Our Pasta is Freshly made, with an expiration of 48hrs. We are UK’s top-rated Pasta Company.

Our pasta chefs, that can also be found at Harrods are originally from Italy. Each from a different region, allowing us to bring a collection of different fillings of tortelloni to our menu every month. We guarantee the authenticity and the wide range of filled pasta that you can purchase from us. Every week, we have 8 different kinds of pasta, that meet the same quality as some of UK’s best Italian restaurants. So we’re not lying when we say “Our Tortelloni will be the Best You will Have at Home”.

Pasta at Pasta Evangelists doesn't compare to your local supermarket. Whether you are used to buying Tesco Tortelloni and spending up £3-4 for the packet, which has an expiration date for a couple of months (This is not Fresh Pasta). Our tortelloni is ‘Al dente”. The finest tortelloni you will find anywhere! Except at our Harrods Food Concession hall

Don’t get carried away with Tortelloni Sauce! Why?

Filled pasta in general, should not be accompanied by any strong and hearty sauces. Why? Well, the filling in filled pasta, and in our tortelloni should be the dominant flavour of the dish and should not be ruined by strongly flavoured sauces.

Our tortelloni dishes are found to be accompanied by truffle butter, garlic oil, garlic butter, rosemary butter, parsley butter, thyme butter, or sage butter. And each tortelloni is accompanied by a different type of garnish, to finish it off.
