We are very excited to announce that carbs are officially back and that we have our first feature in The Times! Esther Walker wrote an article today detailing the first time she tried Pasta Evangelists pasta, which was also the first time she had eaten carbs since 2005. Her reaction to our tagliatelle with salsa di noce was, “oh my God. This is delicious!” Walker said that she and her husband, Giles, “had it again the next week, and the next” and never put on weight.
