Brand New: Chocolate & Hazelnut TriangoliOur fresh triangoli parcels encase a velvety filling which blends chocolate and hazelnuts and will transport you to Turin, the capital of Piedmont, in the far north-western corner of Italy. This Alpine region is known for its premium nocciole (hazelnuts) amongst other luxury produce. Hazelnut groves stretch for many miles, with countless rows of trees laden with nutty treasures. Hazelnuts have been used in traditional cuisine for hundreds of years and are a vital component in delights such as torta di nocciole, or hazelnut cake.

4. National Picnic WeekWe love any excuse to dine al fresco when the sun is shining, and we can think of few better occasions to dig out our picnic baskets than National Picnic Week. 5. Pasta School LondonOur limited edition Pasta School series is led by our lovely Head Chef, Roberta d’Elia, who cannot wait to meet you and share with you her secrets to creating perfect pasta! Roberta will guide you through the basics, from creating the fresh dough from scratch to delicately forming both simple and more complex shapes, before advancing on to crafting delightful fillings for pasta ripiena, and making some classic pasta sauces. Located at our Central London pasta premises, our intimate in-person masterclasses include a luxury antipasti tasting on arrival, with unlimited Prosecco Valdobbiadene available to enjoy throughout your session!

6. Festa della RepublicaThis national festival is celebrated every year on June 2nd, the anniversary of the founding of the Italian Republic. The biggest celebrations take place in Rome where the festivities kick off with a parade along Via dei Fori Imperiali. This is followed by a dramatic flyover by the Frecce Tricolori, the aerobatics segment of the Italian airforce, leaving behind them a smoking trail of green, white and red, the colours of the national flag.
